While I hate ads just as much as the next guy, a company's gotta do what it's gotta do to stay in business. I doubt that people would stop visiting the site because of ads: some of the most popular sites in the world are also some of the most ad-infested. So here's my unsolicited advice: let them do what they want. If you don't like it, leave.
